Real Estate sales CE classes will be offered March 12th and 29th at the Smethport Fire Hall. The association
is providing this to all McKean County members. Cost will be $20 per class. There will be two 3.5 hour classes
each day.
REALTOR dues for 2010 are 12/31/09. Dues not paid by 2/1/2010 will be subject to a $25.00 late fee and MLS
access will be suspended until dues and late charge are paid in full.
McKean County Association of REALTOR annual meeting was held at the Barrel House Restaurant, Lantz Corners. Tuesday
December 15, 2009 12:00 PM. Patricia Long, District 5 Vice President of Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS installed
the officers for 2010. Pat also gave an update as to what is happening at the state level.
Pat was given a little of McKean County for appreciation of her trip to our annual meeting. She was given
a peacock blue Case pen knive, a Wooly Willy, wine and sweatshirt with a winter scene with McKean County printed
on the front.
