Real Estate sales CE classes were offered March 12th and 29th at the Smethport Fire Hall. The Association
provided this to all McKean County members. Cost was $20 per class. Melanie McLain taught both days and was well
received by those attending the classes.
MCKEAN MLS dues for 2010-11 are $180 due 7/1/10. Dues not paid by 8/1/2010 will be locked from using
the MLS.
The Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS (R) held the Spring business meetings and State Board of Directors meeting May
21-23, 2010 in Harrisburg. Bill and Linda Lake attended as directors from McKean County.
